Learn how to connect Jira to MindFort, create tickets from findings, and map Jira status transitions back to finding state for two-way sync.

Jira integration lets you create Jira tickets directly from findings and sync ticket status back to MindFort.

Connect

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Connect on the Jira card.
3. Authorize MindFort with your Atlassian account.

Configure

After connecting, click Configure to:

• Select the default project where new tickets are created.
• Set up status mapping so Jira status transitions automatically update finding state in MindFort, such as mapping Jira statuses to Active or Resolved.

Usage

Open any finding and click Create Jira Ticket to push the finding details to Jira. Once a ticket exists, the button changes to View Jira Ticket with a link to the ticket and its current status.
